Bed/Cabin Selection
General Ward, Cabin or ICU will be assigned according to your preference and doctor's advice.
Advance Deposit
Pay the specified advance amount. We accept cash, card and bKash/cash.

Visiting schedule
- Morning: 9:00 — 11:00 AM
- Afternoon: 4:00 — 6:00 PM
- ICU visits: Only at scheduled times
- No more than one visitor (in ICU)
Food rules
- Food outside the hospital is prohibited without the doctor's permission.
- Diet chart to follow
- Smoking and drinking are completely prohibited.
- It is forbidden to bring food with strong odors.
Attendant Policy
- General Ward: 1 authorized Attendant
- Cabin: 1-2 attendants can stay
- Attendant Pass is mandatory.
- Additional Attendant not allowed at night
- Let us know if you need Caregiver Service.
Medicine and medical policy
- Inform the nurse before bringing in medication from outside.
- No medicine without a doctor's prescription.
- Collect Discharge Summary
- Confirm follow-up appointment
